Return Policy
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction that is primarily not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity.)
Information on the Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day:
- you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more items in the same order that are delivered together;
- on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered multiple goods under one order and these have been delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can do this by emailing us at: support@lorenelondon.com
You may use the attached withdrawal form, but this is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 30 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have:
- have received the returned goods, or
- you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of 30 days has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion and Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and that are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed in the contract, but which can only be delivered 30 days after the conclusion of the contract at the earliest and the value of which is dependent on market fluctuations;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery;
- for the supply of goods which after delivery are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been broken after delivery.
